So where do I start? haha The weekend was such a blur I don’t even know where to begin. haha
Saturday. Spent almost the whole day cleaning the house in time for my cousin, Jonathan’s visit. Well, actually my mom hired cleaners to clean the house and I cleaned my room & my brother’s room. Bleh. Oh and our missing doggie came home! I was in the garden throwing some stuff in the garbage when I saw the dog walking towards me. For a second, I thought I was hallucinating and going crazy! haha
Sunday. Jonathan’s here! My parents picked him up at the airport at 3:30 am.. ugh. Too early. Thank God I didn’t have to come with them. Anyway, the whole day was total chaos. My brother & Jonathan spent the whole day watching that Michael Jackson tribute marathon thing on MTV. Um.. I mean, I used to be a fan of MJ & I still do like to listen to his music but a whole day of MJ?! No thank you. I think I saw the Black or White music video 6 times.. Gawd. haha The other kid cousins were also there. They spent the whole day eating chocolates and watching tv and playing. Then our aunt & grandma also came and we just ate and talked and watched some more MJ…
So there goes my weekend. It was fun but chaotic. Haha. Anyway, it was good to see my cousin after almost 8 years. And good news is, he’s not the same bratty little kid anymore. He’s 18 and taller than me now (How come everyone’s taller than me?! ugh LOL) and he seems nice. Thank God. I don’t think I can deal with an 18-year old brat. haha

The title says it all… They got married last Friday at his Austin home . Okaaay (bitter)

I love, love long weekends and the long weekend I had was no exception.
Saturday. My mom went to some farm with her grade school friends and my dad went to this open house thing so I had the house to myself. Read: Heaven. haha I spent the rest of the day with Mikee watching Vicky Cristina Barcelona (We LoOove Scarlett! And Penelope Cruz is just too funny!) and Twilight DvD extras (I’m pretty disappointed with the Twilight DvD Viva released) and baking cakes. I’m happy to say that we have perfected the art of chocolate icing! hahaha It’s my first successful icing and I was so proud that I wanted to take a picture of it but I didn’t because we were already too busy decorating our cakes. Mikee’s looked pretty while mine looked like a mud wrestling pit. But it tasted good so who cares?! While making the icing, Mikee suddenly had the ‘brilliant’ idea of making a crazy Paris Hilton-ish dessert book. hahaha We started thinking of how we should write the recipes and we kept saying “Cream butter until cute. And that’s hot.” and “Make sure you’re using a pink mixer because that’s hot.” Insane. I guess we inhaled too much confectioner’s sugar. Lulz
Sunday. Sunday was spent bumming around the house. I was supposed to clean my room because it was kind of messy but (not surprisingly) I forgot all about cleaning and watched tv instead. I watched Across The Universe for the nth time. I just love The Beatles (in my opinion, the greatest band of all time) and I thought the movie was just great. I love Jim Sturgess and Evan Rachel Wood. 
Monday. I love watching Food Network and luckily, I got to see an episode of Martha. She featured Trophy Cupcakes which is pretty much like Cupcakes by Sonja (too pretty and VERY EXPENSIVE to eat cupcakes). Anyway, the Trophy Cupcakes owner and Martha made the chocolate graham cracker cupcake w/ toasted marshmallow on top. It seems pretty easy to make and I might try doing it one of these days.
I finally got to watch Dreamer. Dak0ta Fanning was sooo good, as usual. I thought the movie was good, too. I watched a bit of The O.C. season 2. I seriously miss that show. I miss Adam Brody!
That’s pretty much it for my long weekend. I was bummed when I had to go to sleep last night because I had to wake up early today to go to work. Good thing there’s no work on Thursday & Friday. I hope we’ll push through with Pangasinan & Baguio tomorrow. I was hoping to spend the Holy Week at Caylabne but my parents wanted to go to Pangasinan & Baguio so I hope it’ll be fun. My brother won’t be spending Holy Week with us because apparently, he thinks he’s too cool to spend it w/ his family. haha Kidding. He’s going somewhere with his highschool or college friends on Sunday so he chose not to go to Pangasinan & Baguio. His loss. hahaha
I’m currently listening to Ben Folds. I love his song, You Don’t Know Me feat. Regina Spektor and Bitch Went Nuts. His songs are just fun to listen to.
In twitter news, I just found out that the “Kristen Stewart (kristensss)” I’ve been following for a few weeks now is a total fake. haha damn bitch.
Happy Birthday to my Dan Radcliffe-obsessed cousin, Mikee!
Speaking of Dan Radcliffe and Mikee, I saw the new teaser poster for the HP and the Half-Blood Prince last Saturday and I searched for it on the net a while ago. Since it’s my cousin’s birthday, I’m gonna give her beloved Dan Radcliffe some precious space here hahaha:
There are 2 more posters but I like this one the most. I’ve never been a Harry Potter fan but after Mikee forced me (yes, she forced me. haha) to read all the books, I found myself liking it especially the 5th – 7th books. The movies though.. were not that good. Just my opinion. 
Our Honda’s gone. Finally. haha It’s still in good condition but it’s old so everything’s just starting to fall apart so my dad sold it. We still have the van but I think my parents want to sell it too because it’s just too big for everyday use. They’ll probably buy something smaller again. Oh well.. Honda will be missed. haha

Watched The Nanny Diaries (again) last Saturday and I heard this song during the end credits. I almost laughed when I heard this song and I saw the lyrics. Like, shit is this song for me?!
Since I was on house arrest last weekend due to my allergies, I decided to become ‘productive’ instead of whining and sulking for not being able to go out with friends or even go to my cousins’ house.
Movie & TV marathon. I finally got to watch Atonement. I saw the middle part before but I never got to start or finish it. I love the movie! The ending was sad but I loved it. I also watched the replay of Project Runway ( I love Leanne and Kelsey’s wedding gowns!) and Dubai Tennis Championships (was rooting for David Ferrer but Novak was just too good).
Baking Frenzy. And then I decided to have a bake-a- thon and made two kinds of cheesecake (New York style and chocolate) and brownies. I haven’t tasted the cheesecakes yet because I had to put it in the fridge first. Maybe I’ll get to taste it later. I have, however, eaten the brownies already. My brother wasn’t home for the weekend so I think there’s still some left. haha
Mani-Pedi. I also got my much needed mani-pedi. I now have plum-colored nails. Lovely 
So there. I was bummed that I wasn’t able to go out but I’m glad I got to bum around the house even for just 2 days. Hopefully, my allergies will be long gone by next week. I need to go out!
Ooh. I am loving Leanne Marshall’s (Project Runway 5) website. It’s so cute and chic. I love, love her designs. I also like Kenley but I think she’s got a bit of an attitude problem… Her designs are so pretty though. Especially the wedding gown.
I hate my allergy! I have no effin’ idea where I get it but it’s totally annoying because I didn’t have it for almost 2 years and then now I have it again! aaaargh. I look like I’ve been bitten by hundreds of mosquitos and it’s really itchy and I’m… red! My dad has it, too and we take some kind of anti-allergy medicine but it makes me really sleepy so I don’t like taking it.
The bummer part is I might miss out on the swimming thing at Charm’s tomorrow! I could probably just go and forget that I don’t have this skin allergy thing but the last time I had it and went swimming, I looked like an alien.. thing or whatever. It’s been two weeks now and I hope I won’t have it tomorrow so I can go.
damn it. Gah!
I think Dev Patel is cute. haha Must be the English accent.
